Monday, January 3rd, 2022 - The Employee Compliance Training learning path was assigned to all employees in the learning management system. The Employee Compliance Training protects the business against potential litigation, and ensures employees remain compliant on Federal & State requirements regarding proper customer identification, as well as HR and safety related topics.

The learning path is comprised of ten (10) courses. The total combined length of the learning path totals fifty (50) minutes in duration.

Do your part to hold employees accountable: The success of any learning program is the ability to communicate the importance of the assigned training, the impact that training has on the business, and the importance for employees to complete the assigned courses and remain compliant.

Use this announcement to communicate the assignment of the Compliance learning path. Reinforce the employees responsibility to develop their skills by completing all assigned training. Employees are expected to complete the earning path within thirty (30) days.
