The TRIFT Compliance learning path is scheduled to get assigned to all employees on Monday, January 3rd. This learning path has been developed to protect the business against potential litigation, and ensure employees remain compliant on both State and Federal requirements regarding proper customer identification, as well as human resource and safety related topics for retail stores.
The learning path is comprised of ten (10) courses. The combined length of the learning path totals fifty (50) minutes of training.
Holding Employees Accountable: The success of any learning program is the ability to communicate the importance of the assigned training, the impact it has on the store, and the need for employees to complete the assigned courses and remain compliant.
Use this announcement as an opportunity to communicate the assignment of the Compliance learning path. Management has made the commitment to train and develop all employees with on-line learning. Reinforce the employees responsibility to develop their skills by completing all assigned training. Employees should be expected to complete the learning path within thirty (30) days.
