Updated for 2023 - The Employee Compliance Training learning path has been assigned to all employees Monday, January 2, 2023. Employee compliance protects the businesses against potential litigation, and ensures all employees remain compliant under Federal & State laws regarding the sale of alcohol and tobacco products, and the proper identification of all shoppers.
The learning path is comprised of three (3) micro-learning courses. The combined length of the learning path does not exceed twenty-eight (28) minutes in duration.
Communicate learning path assignment and hold employees accountable: The success of any learning strategy is the managers ability to communicate the importance of the assigned training, explain the impact that training has on the business, and the responsibility that employees remain compliant and complete the assigned courses within thirty (30) days.
