The Employee Compliance Training learning path has been assigned to all employees today, July 5th, 2022. Compliance Training protects the businesses against potential litigation, and ensures employees remain compliant under Federal & State laws regarding proper customer identification (We I.D. - 21), as well as Human Resource, and Safety related topics.
The learning path is comprised of ten (10) micro-learning courses. The combined length of the learning path does not exceed fifty (50) minutes in duration.
Holding Employees Accountable: The success of any learning strategy is the managers ability to communicate the importance of the assigned training, explain the impact that training has on the business, and the importance that employees remain compliant and complete the assigned courses within thirty (30) days.
Action Item: Use this announcement to communicate the assignment. Reinforce the employee's responsibility to complete all assigned training within thirty (30) days.
