Learning Objectives include:
Beverage and Cocktail recipes (for up-selling and cross-selling opportunities).
Valuable sales skills & techniques.
Directly impacts the customers average transaction size.
Enhanced customer service and added value to all shoppers.
The series is designed to help employees impact sales and further drive customer satisfaction. Each course is 6-10 minutes in duration and takes the employee through each holiday celebrated throughout the summer months (Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day).
Manager Action Item: Communicate the course assignments to all employees. Hold employees accountable for completing the training within the next 30 days.
