October 2023: TRIFT releases forty-one (41) courses in the learning portal. A combination of new and updated micro-learning courses, as well as full-length courses that continues our commitment to drive employee knowledge and competency across the retail industry.

* New * LEADERSHIP SKILLS SERIES:
The Leadership Library collection educates and reinforces foundational business skills, intended for both the newly hired, as well as the seasoned manager. Ten (10) courses make up the series, designed to help managers succeed in their role, while directing, educating, and developing their employees. Courses are available as a TRIFT Collection, or as standalone titles.
* New * NEW TO TRIFT - USER GUIDE:
To assist learners in getting acclimated to the learning tool, TRIFT released an on-line user guide to help an employee better understand the training program, what is available, and what the employee's responsibility is when it comes to training. This course will "auto-assign" to all new hires and will be featured on the rotating banner ads.
This 10-minute course introduces the learner to the portfolio of offerings, explains the different learning collections available, and walks the learner through the learning tool (how to access a course, launch courses, and check transcripts). It's part of making training easier to access, more impactful, and hold the employee accountable for courses assigned them. This course can be found in the course catalog.
COURSE REVISIONS:
TRIFT continues to review and update all first-generation courses released back in 2018. Work is on schedule for completion by the end of 2023.
The following twenty-one (21) titles have been revised to address content, grammatical, and functional issues.
