TRIFT releases today a new micro-learning course, important to all employees and helpful in understanding society's acceptance of gender as defined in the 21st century. The decision to release this course outside the normal release schedule was made to meet the needs of our customers.
About the course: Gender identity isn’t an easy topic to understand. Sometimes we need to un-learn some of our old ideas about what it is and seek to understand what gender is all about in the today's world. In this course on "Understanding Gender Identity", we explore the many words, terms, and phrases used, and to help the learner gain knowledge, respect, and understanding of their fellow co-workers, and customers.
New - RETAIL SALES SERIES:
July 1st - TRIFT released a new series of courses designed to help employees engage with customers, enhance the shopping experience, and impact sales. The Retail Selling Series (RSS) is a collection of sales courses focused on the selling skills and selling techniques that can be applied by employees when working with customers.
The Retail Selling Series (RSS) works together as part of a comprehensive selling toolkit. The series is comprised of seven (7) micro-learning courses that address the in-store customer shopping experience.
All courses have been loaded in the learning management system and available for assignment as individual courses, or as the Retail Selling Series (RSS) learning path
